Politique d’expédition
Customer is responsible for shipping of wholesale orders.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days excluding weekends or holidays.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Domestic Shipments
Orders within Ontario will be shipped using “Express Shipping” to be delivered within 1-2 business days, and “Standard Shipping” to be delivered within 3-9 business days in rest of Canada.
International Shipments
We ship only to United States including P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that shipping rates change depending on your location in the U.S.A as well as the weight of the product ordered.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
GRP Rugs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Damages
GRP Rugs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
